used CMMS. Run the operation of technical service in a total of 150 engineers. All plan technical services (onshore-
offshore and data processing was based on SAP and IFS platforms. Worked closely with existing and new clients in
promoting Keel Solution services as the company which works in compliance with GDPR and ISO 9001-2015 and ISO

Discovery Drilling Equipment (DDE), Ukraine: Managed plant operation for rig’s manufacturing and engineering design
with 330 employees including engineering design consulting group of 35 engineers with annual money turn over up to
14.000.000 USD. All plant manufacturing operations ware managed via an optimized management control system and
established plant budget which was based on projects budget for rig complex design, equipment specification, and need
of material for rig’s complex fabrication. Optimized cash flow for better finance of project expenses and plant needs,
developed cost reduction program which brought 460.000 USD in saving which positively improved PBIT result. Together
with each plant operation management and finance established a realistic budget in a combination of cost of production
(COP) reduction and manufacturing work effectiveness to achieve positive PBIT and improved EBITDA. Managed fixed
cost expenses to optimize cash flow to get control and reduce overhead losses.
CRH, A&C (Aggregates & Concrete), Ukraine: Managed multi-unit (6 location) construction materials and components
production operation (four precast concrete plants and two aggregated quarries) in 529 employees and annual money
turnover up to 10.000.000 Euro. All operation was managed by a composed plan control method for each production
location which was integrated into one system to analyze current results and future expectations. Formed and reviewed
achieved past production performance results to form a realistic budget by production optimization and cost reduction to
active set business unit performance. As a result, I turned 2 locations with a $20,000/month negative cash flow to the
positive sector, introduced and prepared procedures, tackled staffing problems, and restored to a positive cash position
within 4 months.
Lafarge Cement, Ukraine: Being responsible for BU H&S reduced the level of LTI and improved H&S KPI by
implantation of corporate safety standards and policies for 640 employees. This location **************.000 tons of
cement p/year. Implemented and managed a new corporate H&S Management System (HSMS) which allows to control
and manage safety-related risks and hazards. As a follow up of HSMS implantation introduced continual improvement
action plan. Visited and cross audit Lafarge West and East European plants to evaluate their results in H&S and issue
audit reports for corrective action plans. Develop BU H&S Improvement Plan which is based on corporate and BU
priorities. Also, I managed a continual improvement process for already existing safety standards by making sure their
compliance with Lafarge policies and local regulations. I led the BU Safety Steering Committee, Responsible Care, and
Public Health program.
Rhodia (Solvay), Canada: Led the Rhodia Canada Eng. Plastics Operation.
Optimized manufacturing output by up to 30 %. Adopted a corporate OEE step change project which helped to optimize
production performance within OEE measurement methodology. Developed Continual Improvement and
Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Plan for the site and took the action control system, which resulted in significant
savings in fixed cost. Managed numerous projects to optimize manufacturing and safety. Established strong relationships
