I worked as an external recruiter with Catapult Solutions Group and recruited employees as needed for multiple clients US to fill both IT and non IT related positions.

Responsibilities:

• Place qualified candidates to direct hire, contract or contract-to-hire positions within the United States.

• Continual interface with candidates regarding explanation of company benefits and relocation packages, hiring packages, orientation, etc.

• Pre-qualification screening and salary negotiation

• Submit resumes, schedule, and coordinate interviews
