Creating concept, prototypes of games in a connection of developer with a game designer. Processing KPI’s, making decisions about them
--1***************3.2020. Emloyed as a remote game designer in a mid-grade hyper casual games studio. Work with such publishers as Voodoo, Gismart.

Achievements: improving retention d1/d3/d7 of projects, solving technical problems of projects, making successful projects , successful working with project/themes I do not like;
One of biggest achievements of work with small/mid-grade studios – earning universality. Earning a lot of skills and knowledge from different kind of activities and getting “one language” with all colleagues.

2019-2019 years study game design in Kyiv , work at mobile game projects.
Achievements: concept analyzing and solving of many of existing problems in mobile FTP projects such as : "Magic Siege", "Cutie Paws", "Turbo Animals" (production stage), choosing monetization models and integration them into gameplay, work with KPI and making decision based on them, inventing more than 30 game mechanics, integrated into gameplay, level design in Unity and Unreal Engine on a basic level.
Another work experience: experience in a call center with a foreign languages(polish, english), work experience in an online English language school and many others.
Achievements: side work experience helped me to get important knowledge of work in different kind of teams and view on thing with different perspectives. Main achievements was increasing of company's value, reaching mid-term and long-term goals trough self-discipline, time-management and using of skills i have in right direction.
-2015-2017 years- "Epicenter K" , mid-grade manager, team of 12 persons ;
Achievements: rising selling dynamic by 5-8% , lowing staff flow, making stronger team spirit and goals reaching mood by psychological work with staff and interaction with management, reorganization of products exposition to rise sells and service efficiency, work with environment to improve KPI of departament.
- TOV "Epicenter K" building hypermarket, promoter 2011-2014;
Achievenemts: rising of selling value of trademark and portion between other trademarks by 20% in a 3 years, adaptation to work in a big corporation, avoiding conflicts, successful reaching team goals through environment obstacles, adaptation to fast-changing environment with extremely high competition and stress level;
- Work at warehouses in Poland.
Achievements: improving organization of continuous effective work of foreign staff, improving of foreign languages (polish, english), improving initial teaching of staff by proposing my own model. 2014-2015 years.

-Concentration on logical explanation of things, hard to deal with some types of people sometimes ;
-Blindness of vision , absence of wide vision, while concentrated on main goal sometimes;
- Partly absence of objective vision ;
All those negative parts of me and all others are well known by me. I am struggling with them every day, not without success.
Hobbies: fitness, books, games, films, relaxation with family.
Education: master degree in management in trade organizations.
Life principles:
-Important not the amount of time spent at work, but the result;
-Life -movement, continuous development;
-It may not be possible to save everyone, but I must try anyway;
-We must chase impossible and ideal to reach good.
As the conclusion i might define myself as :
- Person, which love essention of game;
-Develop myself every day and will do this the rest of my life;
-Learn fast, know game market, read game literature, articles in internet magazines;
-Know KPI and monetization models;
-I want to make good and profitable games to deliver unbelievable experience to audience and the same money to companies.
