It was an outsourcing call center. We had mostly financial projects.
The main tasks:
-administrative work (managing the office; identification of the needs and organization of timely office supplies (office furniture, stationery, water/coffee/tea and so on); organization and providing the help of partners’ visits and other internal events e.g. organizing meetings, transfers, ordering lunches, tickets and so on; recruiting employees; telephone conversations, face to face meetings, websites, text and emails translation; interacting with all the departments of the company; excel reports);
-backoffice work (CRM (creating new users; monitoring existing users; administrating of the whole branch of our office; explaining CRM system to the new workers; all the work connected with CRM));
-customer's support (explaining and control of the support and compliance department work; incoming/outcoming emails; incoming/outcoming phone calls; live chat);
