PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER

Appointed Chief Company Designer and Engineer of conveyor systems. Expertly designed and customized more than 25 
conveyor systems in compliance with tailor-made customer specifications and expectation. Including pan, troughed, chute, 
wheel, pipe, and roller conveyors. Dimensions ranged from 10 to 150 feet in length, with belt width from 36 to 96 inches 
and two feet to multi-storey height requirements. Expedited design for conveyor-related equipment to aid in operation and 
execute maintenance requirements, including custom belt winders and cleaners, let off stands and belt scanning 
equipment. 
Key Accomplishments:

• Skillfully navigate client facing meetings, ascertain need, scope requirements and utilize SolidWorks CAD modeling 

software to expedite design process, including creation of technical drawings for parts and fabrication. 

• Conduct on-site meetings, determine all physical measurements and provide consulting expertise, including costings, 

project timelines, equipment technical specifications and ascertain all project deliverables and expectation. 

• Key contributor in conveyor construction process, including resource allocation such as welders, millwrights, general 

works and third-party contractors, and drive every project and process to successful completion, on time, always. 

• Promote safety awareness and compliance on site, for all staff, including knowledge of all technical expectations. 
• Expedite parts ordering process through utilization of meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, 

ensure correct identification numbers, quantities and specifications are detailed, resulting in improved efficiency. 

• Consistently create technical drawings including assembly and sub-assembly drawings and generate client facing 

documents and presentations, resulting in improved client satisfaction, revenue generation, and repeat business. 

• Execute all aspects of project management including monitoring manufacturing and fabrication processes, devise and 

expedite maintenance schedules for repair and seamless operation of conveyor systems and equipment. 

• Key contributor in technical inspections and ensure adherence to quality control, in alignment with industry standards. 
• Control all facets of tendering process for new projects, drive project meetings, assess draft documents and obtain final
