“Inventory Management and Control Techniques” at Khivraj Motors (P) Ltd, Bangalore. 

Duration: 12 weeks

• In this internship, got an opportunity to study the various aspects of the organizational activities in 

practical sense, and could learn various strategies adopted by organization in different department like 
sales, service and spares. 

• This project included explanation of the inventory management & control techniques and company 

profiles with overall effectiveness of inventory management and inventory handling system in the 
company. 

• Evaluation of inventory control techniques in the Company. 
• During this period could get more hands on experience in the Automobile sector of Khivraj Motors, 

which mainly included huge spare parts of two wheelers and three wheelers. 

• The Company’s unique coding system for each spare part was also a significant learning. 
• Analysis and interpretation of data, drawn from the annual report of the Company. 

Extra-Curricular Activities: 

• Participated in the college level innovative project and introduced a new business idea of lift train by 

imaginary company named Fast Life. I managed to head this team project & successfully. As part of the 
project, presented a seminar on lift train and got an excellent grade certificate. The project was 
appreciated by the faculty members of the college. 

• Participated in a workshop conducted by Canara Bank wherein learnt about marketing of third party 

products.
