Summary

20+ years of gaming, analitical thinking, destructive mind and personal responcibility for the Result have
helped me to achieve the leading position in the first year of working as QA. So, I had a lucky chance to
head the QA-QC department for each project I'm proud of been working for.

14 years of experience in game development allowed me to grow into an expert in Singleplayer FPS
games testing. Building the QA-QC process, managing QA department, surviving Slavic development
methods and crunches made me no wonder if "seeing some sh!t".

My motivation source at work is feeling myself as a part, required for a hudge mechanism to create
awesome products. And now I'm looking for the team to join in passion of creating the products that will
make us proud!
