I get the great psycological experience about dialogue. I acquired certain attainments as for communication with problem custumers, with custumers, who don't know what they want, with rude clients, etc. I don't want to say that all the rozetka users are bad persons :) but it happend and I had solved such issue. These received skills are helping me to establish contacts, to provide high level of trust to the clients, stay cool in any situation.
